Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: January 20, 2025
This Cancellation Policy governs the termination of services provided by RedRidge Media Inc. (doing business as “Focused Founders”). By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined herein.
1. Subscription Services
Our Advisory and Full Service plans operate on a month-to-month subscription basis with automatic renewal. Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time in accordance with the procedures outlined in this policy.
2. Cancellation Procedure
To cancel your subscription, you must:
- Submit a written cancellation request via email to support@focusedfounders.co
- Provide a minimum of seven (7) business days’ notice prior to your next billing cycle date
- Include your full name, company name (if applicable), and account email address in your cancellation request
3. Billing Terms
- Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period
- You will retain full access to all subscribed services through the end of your paid billing period
- All outstanding balances must be paid in full prior to cancellation processing
4. Service Termination
Upon the effective date of cancellation:
- All ongoing management services, including but not limited to social media management, paid advertising campaign management, and email marketing campaigns, will be professionally concluded
- Access to strategy documents, performance reports, and materials created during your service period will be provided in a final deliverable
- Active advertising campaigns will be paused or transferred per client instruction
- Consultation services and support will conclude
5. Data and Materials
Client retains ownership of all strategic documents, analytics reports, and deliverables created during the service engagement.
6. Account Reactivation
Former clients may reactivate services at any time by contacting support@focusedfounders.co. Reactivation is subject to current pricing and service availability.
7. Company-Initiated Cancellation
Focused Founders reserves the right to terminate service agreements with thirty (30) days’ written notice, or immediately in cases of:
- Non-payment or payment default
- Engagement in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Breach of agreement terms
